Flexible customization
The statistics of wireless network shows the status of network devices by words, table and pie chart. The statistics of device status includes historical records of online & offline, usage time, the amount of traffic flow, upload/ download streams. Real-time dashboard of Google map can show AP location, device version, MAC address, channel status, IP and the information can export as excel for tracking. Other customization items include: real-time network information notification, inquiry of system operation events, abnormal device record, optimization data reports by week, month or year, logs with historical record of devices.
Alert & trouble shooting
If the device is offline and satisfies the management setting conditions, the system logs and alert lists would be saved and provide IT as technical supports. Administrator and group manager will receive statistic report and alert every 5 minutes. The system page would show the alert until IT excludes the problem. Abnormal traffic flow will alert to IT for reference.
Administrator for example:
after device gets offline, administrator will receive mail notification every 5 minutes.
Once the administrator opens the email, he will know which device has a problem and is able to deal with it immediately.
